If using pre-made syrup that is refrigerated, remove from fridge. Place in a small pot and slightly warm the syrup (so you can still touch it).
Remove from the stove and whisk in the gelatin. Keep whisking until the gelatin is thoroughly dissolved.
Pour some of the mixture into a container that has a pouring lip.
Place your silicon molds on a baking sheet. Carefully pour the mixture into the molds. Then place the baking sheet into the fridge.
After an hour, check to be sure they are properly set, if not, leave in the fridge longer if needed.
Once properly formed, remove from the molds and place in a sealed container. Store them in the fridge up to two weeks.
