>> 6 to 8 fresh linden leaves
>> 2 cans tuna
>> 1 medium onion, finely chopped
>> 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
>> small handful of wild edible leaves of your choice
>> fresh or dried dill
>> mayonnaise
>> 1/2 cup grated cheese of your choice
Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.
On the main vein of each leaf, cut (from the petiole or bottom) about 1". Set aside.
Combine all ingredients except the cheese. Blend well. Place (about) two spoonfuls of the tuna mixture on a leaf. Take the sides of the leaf and lift up slightly so that you can use the leaf to create a cylindrical shape with the mixture. Fold the leaves creating a sealed wrap. (A link to a video on how to do this is below.)
Place seam side down in a parchment paper covered baking dish. When all wraps are completed, sprinkle with the grated cheese. Place in oven and bake about 10 minutes. If you desire crispy cheese, broil it, but be careful not to burn!
Remove from oven and enjoy!
