>> 1/2 cup autumn olive berries
>> 2 or 3 tbsp lemon juice (fresh preferably)
>> A dollop of sweetener of choice (maple syrup or honey)
>> water to desired taste
Place all ingredients into a blender or smoothie maker and blend for minimum 10 seconds. Anything less than 10 seconds will not break apart the seeds.
Place in a chilled glass and enjoy! You may need to stir occasionally as the weight of the berries sink.
