
>> 1 large avocado, cut up
>> 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
>> 2 tbsp finely chopped wild leeks
>> 2 tsp lemon juice
>> 2 tsp garlic powder
>> 2 tsp chia seed
>> 1 tsp pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a bowl, place the avocado and lemon juice. Mash. Add in the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Make 1" balls and place 3" apart on a parchment paper covered baking sheet. Using some parchment paper, flatten the balls until they are about 1/16" thick.
Bake for 15 minutes, turn them over; return to oven and bake another 3 minutes.
Cool on a wire rack then enjoy! If there are leftovers, keep them in the fridge.
