
>> 2 cups of chilled burdock tea (see note below)
>> 1 cucumber, cut up
>> juice of one lime
>> dollop of honey
In a food processor, place the cucumber, lime juice, and burdock tea. Process until smooth. Add honey to taste if desired.
Note: In the summertime, having premade burdock tea in the fridge is a must-have. Burdock tea is a highly regarded for its cooling and blood-cleansing energetics. It helps to dissipate internal body heat and helps to balance the body during hot weather.
If desired, add some sparkling mineral water.
