>> 1 can (300ml or 1 1/4 cups) sweetened condensed milk
>> 2 1/2 cups sweetened shredded coconut
>> 2 cups finely chopped dates
>> 1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
>> 3/4 cup elderberries
>> 1/4 cup aronia berries, halved
>> 3/4 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350°.
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients.
Drop by tablespoonfuls about 2" apart onto parchment paper covered baking sheets.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until light brown. Leaves macaroons on the baking sheets to cool for 5 minutes; then transfer them to wire racks to thoroughly cool.
Store in an airtight container.
Tips: Swap out aronia berries with blueberries.
