>> 1/2 cup elderberry juice
>> 2 cups wild grape juice
>> 1/2 cup orange juice
>> 2 tbsp unpasteurized honey (or pure maple syrup for vegans)
Pour all ingredients into a 4-cup Pyrex measuring cup (or a pitcher) and stir well.
Pour into freezie tubes (or popsicle molds) and freeze.
If you make popsicles, run warm water over the mold for about 20 seconds and gently release the popsicles.
