>> 2 cups unbleached flour, sifted
>> 2 cups plain yogurt
>> 2 tsp baking soda
>> 1/4 cup finely chopped purple dead nettle leaves
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix until blended well.
Scoop mixture into silicone muffin cups, about 2/3 filled, or into a greased muffin tin. Place in the oven and bake 30 to 35 minutes.
Tastes best when served warm.
Tip: if desired, add a small amount of cheese when blending all the ingredients together.
