>> 1 sliced cucumber
>> 1/8 cup chopped purslane
>> 5 – 7 radishes (your choice), thinly sliced
>> 3/4 cup raisons
>> 1/2 cup plain yogurt
>> 2 tsp finely chopped fresh mint
>> sea salt to taste
In a salad bowl combine all ingredients.
Let sit in fridge 30 minutes before serving.
