
>> 1 cup sea buckthorn berries
>> 4 cups peeled, finely chopped apples
>> 4 tbsp water
>> 4 tsp organic cane sugar
>> pinch of salt
Place the apples and sea buckthorn berries in a pan. Add the water, and sugar.
Over low heat, bring the ingredients to a slow simmer until the fruit is soft. Remove from heat.
Add a pinch of salt.
Using an immersion blender, blend the mixture until totally smooth, or if desired, leave some texture.
